CORE distributes available capacity across active sessions so the building never crosses its sanctioned limit — no transformer upgrade required.

Throttles and queues automatically

When demand peaks, charging rates are modulated per bay and new sessions are queued — invisible to residents, safe for the grid.

04 — REPORT

Bills every unit to the right home

Session-level metering feeds automated, per-resident billing and gives the RWA a complete audit trail of energy and revenue.
